Looks solid for refurbishers who actually care about per-device margin instead of just order totals. One thing that would help a lot is a quick QR or barcode sticker you can print and stick to each device at intake, then scan to jump straight to that unit's record. Cuts down a ton of typing when you're processing 50 laptops in a morning.
Honestly the per-device margin tracking is exactly what i needed, my old setup basically forced me to guess at real profitability. Set up a few test units and the lifecycle view made it pretty obvious where i was bleeding money on labor.
Love that you built the whole model around the device instead of the ticket, that single shift in the data model is what makes per-unit margin actually visible instead of just guessed at.
