Honest question for the AI power users here: how do you currently manage your prompts? I've seen people use Notion, Apple Notes, random txt files, browser bookmarks — or just rely on memory and rebuild every time. Recho started because I kept doing the last one. Do you actually re-use your best prompts — or do they just disappear?
