@gms0817 Love the name and the execution of an assistant like this. Congrats Gabriel! Help me understand what do you make of these conversations what happen on your platform in terms of the next steps to the users who uses the platform. Love the pricing as well, btw :)

@imraju @imraju thank you! Currently the interactions are there primarily to assist the user directly as needed. However, we plan to enable the user to share their chat logs, journal entries ,and emotion logs so that they can discuss with their therapists, psychiatrists, etc. also, thank you for the pricing feedback! I've tried to keep the pricing as low as possible

@brijs Thanks! Currently Sai's behavior is only based on the current conversation, and the users profile which is built over time as the user interacts more with Sai. We plan to give Sai access to logged emotions, and potentially journal entries within the next few weeks.

@jonnymiles Our chatbot builds a user profile over time based on chat interactions, and uses that profile along with the context of the current conversation to generate responses to the user. In time, we plan on providing Sai with extra context using the user's logged emotions and potentially journal entries. Sai also uses this info to generate a unique greeting when the user signs on, this way Sai can prompt an engaging conversation with the user. I haven't used Woebot, but I read up on it a bit. The primary difference would be that anyone can access Reassurance AI, and does not need to be provided access by a healthcare provider or Woebot employee. We strive to provide accessible, low cost mental health support for everyone. We also provide users with a customizable virtual journal where they can log their thoughts, and access to a virtual emotions log for tracking emotions/progress over time.

@_ivan1 Thanks for the feedback! I'm glad to hear the conversation was engaging, we spent quite a bit of time working to get the responses to be consistent yet quality for interactions. We do plan on adding features like guided meditation, and various digital coping activities in the future. Stay tuned for more improvements in the near future!

@justin_rockmore Thank you for the feedback! We currently offer an emotions log for users to track their mood/emotions over time which is accessible from the 'Emotions Log' page and from the 'Journal' page on desktop. Daily prompts sounds like a great idea! We will definitely look into adding this in the future. We like to give credit where credit is due for ideas, are you comfortable with us providing your name or username in the change-log when we implement this?

@ihuzaifashoukat Thank you! We follow strict data protection/handling guidelines to ensure our customer's data is only accessed when needed, and use encryption at rest and in transit. We only share the bare minimum data needed to provide our services. E.g. for our chatbot, we only provide the user's first name and related conversation information to the model. This approach of handling data helps us ensure compliance with regulations such as GDPR, and allows us to ensure that our customer's data is being protected.
