Great tool to modernize CRE lending. Hopefully the platform will continue to grow, it can save all parties a lot of time and cost.

Pros:- The fastest way to get my loan in front of lenders - Love ability to negotiate and download my rate matrix
Cons:- They don't have a truly 100% digital term sheet, I was told the lenders are having an issue with that. Hopefully, that gets addressed soon

Pros:- Exceptional UI and very user friendly - Web Platform/Querying tuned super well for amount of data housed
Cons:- it’s a tough industry/process to crack but they seem to be positioned very well to lead the charge
