I've got a problem with not getting through my Pocket but this might help. You can sort by reading time and optionally add tags to each article based off of the time.
I find Medium's notation of the reading time helps me get through articles because I know what I'm getting into and this is a similar feature.

Much better than the clutter of Accelereader, for my use case, at least. Accelereader fills your tags with 60 numeric "x minutes" tags, whereas the option to save reading time on this seems like it only saves a few interval estimates. wisely not clogging up tags
