I'm passionate about the React Careers initiative, since I am aware of how challenging it may be to locate React jobs.
Having sent out about ten job applications without receiving a response and knowing that none of my meticulously crafted cover letters would be read, I realized that I needed to replicate Joe's idea for my own niche.

Hiriing feels like it's a mess these days. We've been trying to fill two vacancies (non React) for far too long and our candidates have been all over the place. I think this kind of an idea beats working with a recruiter if you're willing to be more active. Good luck with the launch!
@carterparks I'll be 100% active. The second phase of the project is now focused on getting as many developers as possible to find jobs via the platform.
