Launch Team

Hey there, I'm Linh from ReachRobin! 🦸
When we first launched Robin, he was a solid sidekick for outreach on one channel. But we kept hearing the same thing from founders and sales teams: "I'm juggling three different outreach tools across three different platforms, and it's a mess."
So we taught Robin some new tricks. He now runs your entire outreach across LinkedIn, Email, and WhatsApp from ONE platform.
What Robin can do for you:
✅ Finds qualified leads that match your niche in seconds
✅ Drafts personalized messages that sound like you, not a template
✅ Sends outreach across multiple channels with built-in rate limits - your accounts stay safe
✅ Handles follow-ups automatically while you focus on closing
✅ You approve everything before it goes out - always in control
We built Robin because we were tired of every outreach tool being either unsafe, impersonal, or stuck on a single channel. Robin gives you the convenience of one dashboard, the accuracy of personalized messaging, and 6+ hours back each week. Spend that extra time (and revenue) on what you love or even a beach vacation 🏖️
Setup takes only 2 minutes → https://reachrobin.com/pricing/
We'd love your feedback: tell us what you think about Robin in the comments 👇

Congrats!
Interesting approach, especially the “pricing based on results” part since most outreach tools still charge you for activity, even when the campaigns go nowhere. Curious how you handle message personalization at scale without everything sounding AI-generated after the second follow-up, especially on LinkedIn where people notice that stuff immediately?
@alexkhlystova Quick clarification on the results-based pricing first, we only charge for successful actions: contacts actually returned, enrichments that resolve and messages that get generated. Misses are free.
On the personalization side, we don't run pre-baked sequences. A follow-up is only generated when the lead accepts your invite or replies, and it's written in response to what they actually said, using your product's value proposition and conversations across channels as context. So message 2 is reacting to message 1, not pulling from a template library, keeping things from feeling templated, especially on LinkedIn :)
What does "enrichment" actually return? Just emails + phones, or also things like tech stack, recent job change, funding signals, etc.? Trying to figure out if I'd still need any other database on top.
@hoa_do_012 Enrichment on ReachRobin returns prospects' full contact record: personal LinkedIn, company LinkedIn, and (with the relevant add-on enabled) verified email and WhatsApp number.
It's contact-focused rather than firmographic, so we don't surface tech stack, funding rounds, or job-change signals today. If those kinds of signals drive your targeting, you'd still want a data source feeding lists in. But if your workflow is "I have a target list, get me reachable contacts and run outreach on them", our enrichment covers that end-to-end, and you wouldn't need a second tool for it.
Love the Batman graphics, so cute! Some questions, though:
1. Does ReachRobin support outreach for teams?
2. You mentioned pricing's based on results and not credits. How does that actually work?
Hi @lilyng136, to answer your questions:
1. ReachRobin supports outreach for teams, under the Enterprise plan (unlimited messaging capacity, all features + custom integrations and a dedicated account manager), and the pricing for that is dependent on the size and outreach needs of your team.
2. About our pricing: Instead of buying credits and not knowing how many credits each action will burn, each plan gives you a set number of invitations, messages, and prospecting leads per month.
For example, the Sidekick plan ($99/mo) comes with 200 invitations, 200 messages, and 250 prospecting leads. If you need more volume, Hero ($199/mo) doubles that, and Champion ($299/mo) adds enrichment credits on top.
Hope this helps!
How does Robin decide when to use LinkedIn vs Email vs WhatsApp? Can users set the channel order themselves, or does the system recommend it?
@ph_ng_nguy_n50 Good question! Users will which channels (LinkedIn, Email, WhatsApp) to include in their outreach and set the order themselves.
While Robin doesn't auto-recommend a platform, it does two things so whatever you pick lands well: ready-made message templates for each channel, plus AI that writes personalized messages from each prospect's context and info. So the channel choice is yours, and the messaging is tailored from the first touch, no matter which one you lead with.
The lead enrichment part sounds useful. I’m curious how Robin qualifies and enriches leads before outreach. Can it actually spot why someone is worth contacting?
@tram_nguyen_tran_baoYou define what "worth contacting" means, and Robin matches against it. Prospecting works off criteria you set, across three filter types:
Boolean: e.g. HQ in the US
Keyword: e.g. companies working on sustainability products
Number range: e.g. headcount between 1 and 50
So rather than Robin guessing intent on its own, you tell it the signals that define a good fit, and it sources and qualifies leads against those rules, then enrichment fills in the contact details (LinkedIn, company, email, WhatsApp) on the ones that match. You're in control of the targeting logic, so the list you outreach to reflects your actual ICP.
Looks gooooood. Love the simple UI.
How do you deal with multiple prospects under 1 domain? Would the copy be adjusted according to position? How would sequence react if 1/5 leads from company X replied?
@roman3070 Hi, to answer your questions:
1. We throttle at the domain level so the same company never sees more than a couple of touches per day across your sequences, and sends are auto-staggered so that you don't show up in 5 inboxes at the same company at the same time (e.g., on Monday at 9am).
2. Regarding positioning-based copy, you can either branch the sequence by role (founder/C-level track vs. ops/IC track vs. champion track) using simple if-conditions, or use AI variables that rewrite the opener per person based on their title + company context. Most users start with role-branching, then layer AI on top once they see what's working.
3. We don't really support autostop if 1 out of 5 leads in the same domain reply, however, all of our AI messages are sent with your approval, so you can simply stop the conversation yourself.
Hope this helps!
