We built RatingFlow because collecting feedback shouldn’t feel like a chore — for users or for teams.
Most rating/review flows are either too long, too intrusive, or placed at the wrong moment. With RatingFlow, our goal was to make feedback feel natural, lightweight, and actually useful — so you can capture insights when they matter, without breaking the user experience.
We’ve focused on keeping it:
• Simple to embed in any workflow
• Fast for users to respond (no friction, no clutter)
• Flexible for different use cases — products, SaaS, services, etc.
• Designed to improve response quality, not just quantity
This is still very early for us, and we’re actively shaping it based on real usage

We spent months testing different review request flows, and surprisingly the smallest UX changes made the biggest difference in conversion rates. Curious — how are you currently asking customers for reviews? 🤔
Multi-location support was added after early testers told us managing reviews across branches was a nightmare. If you run multiple locations, what’s your biggest operational pain point?
One interesting insight from beta users: review reminders work far better when they feel conversational instead of transactional.
Building WhatsApp automation for review collection was honestly one of the most challenging parts of the product. But it ended up becoming one of the most loved features during testing 🚀
We designed the onboarding so non-technical business owners can launch campaigns without needing a marketing team. Simplicity became a huge priority for us.
One thing we learned while building RatingFlow: happy customers rarely mind leaving reviews if the process takes less than 30 seconds ⏱️
