A powerful framework for developing versatile conversational tools. I found the ability to calibrate every aspect of your assistant, train using your own data with latest NLP models and tokenizers to be quite amazing!
Rasa is really leading the charge in the conversational AI space. Their open and extensible framework means there is no limit to the number of deep customizations and the Machine Learning Dialogue Management feature is really a neat departure from rule-based conditional dialogue trees. Definitely worth a try, especially if you are looking for something that scales well
