I created Random Workout Generator to scratch my own itch. As a relatively advanced weight-lifter, I have become complacent in the workouts and exercise combinations that I do. I tend to create workouts with my favorite exercises and do them for far too long. I know this is making me prone to injury and limiting my progress, so I created this app for Android.
