We built Raccoon Page because our wiki had become the slowest tool we used. Every lookup meant a spinner, a search that returned the wrong page, and eventually giving up and asking a coworker. Once asking a person is faster than checking the docs, people stop writing docs.
So we set one rule: the wiki must never be the bottleneck.
What that looks like:
