QymCAD is a desktop parametric CAD for parts and assemblies: enclosures, brackets, mechanisms. A sketch becomes a solid via extrude, revolve or sweep; the solid gets holes, fillets, a shell, patterns. Parts form assemblies through joints - revolute, slider, rigid. Geometry is exact (B-rep), computed by the OpenCASCADE kernel - the same one FreeCAD runs on. STEP and STL exchange. No subscription, no cloud.
