Kaspi is the dominant payment app in Kazakhstan, but it has no public API. Qut Pay gives a business a REST API, webhooks, a sandbox and ready plugins (WooCommerce, OpenCart, Tilda, n8n) to issue Kaspi QR invoices from a website or app. Money lands directly in the merchant's Kaspi Pay.

Hi Product Hunt! I'm the maker of Qut Pay.
In Kazakhstan almost everyone pays with Kaspi.kz, and most small businesses accept it by showing a QR code from the Kaspi Pay app. That works at a counter, but not on a website: there is no public Kaspi API, so online stores either sell through a marketplace or check payments by hand.
Qut Pay closes that gap. A business adds a cashier number in its own Kaspi Pay account, connects it in our cabinet, and gets a plain REST API: create an invoice, show the QR / link / deep link to the customer, receive a signed webhook when it is paid. Sandbox mode lets you build the whole integration before touching real money. There are SDKs for Node, PHP and Python and modules for WooCommerce, OpenCart, Tilda, 1C and n8n. Pricing is a flat subscription from 4 990 KZT (about $9) a month; we take no percentage of payments.
Two things I want to be upfront about:
Qut Pay is an independent service, not affiliated with Kaspi Bank. It automates the standard Cashier role of the merchant's own account, and Kaspi could restrict that access. We state this risk openly in the docs and on our trust page.
We are small and new: real payments started in October 2026. No independent audit yet; what we do have is a public status page with uptime history committed to an open repo, open docs and OpenAPI, and a trust center that lists what we do and do not guarantee: https://qut.kz/en/trust/
Docs for humans and for AI agents: https://api.qut.kz/for-ai - OpenAPI: https://api.qut.kz/docs - GitHub: https://github.com/kazprose/qutpay-docs
Happy to answer anything about Kaspi, Kazakhstan payments or how the integration works.
Update since submitting: Qut Pay now works with AI coding agents out of the box.
1) Agent skill: https://api.qut.kz/SKILL.md - a short SKILL.md (Agent Skills format) with the 3-step integration procedure (invoice -> payUrl -> signed webhook). Drop it into .claude/skills/ or just give the agent the link.
2) MCP server: npx -y @qutpay/mcp (npm), or the hosted endpoint https://api.qut.kz/mcp - tools to create Kaspi QR invoices, check status, refund (live needs explicit confirm) and simulate payments in sandbox. Listed in the official MCP registry as kz.qut/mcp.
Give the agent a sandbox key and it can build and test the whole checkout -> QR -> webhook flow without touching real money. Docs: https://api.qut.kz/docs/guide/en/mcp
Feedback welcome, especially from people who integrate payments through Claude Code or Cursor.
