Negotiation is often where deals are won or lost. Curious whether merchants are seeing bigger gains from faster responses or better pricing decisions.
One thing that would really help us is letting buyers attach a target price or budget when they submit a quote request, so our sales team can jump straight into the negotiation without an extra back-and-forth email.
A thought from someone who's dealt with quote chaos: a built-in price-floor alert would be huge. If a rep tries to approve a quote below the margin threshold you set, the system should flag it or block it before the draft order goes through. Would save a lot of back-and-forth with finance later.
honestly this looks pretty solid for B2B shops. one thing though, would be great if you could add auto-applied tier discounts during the negotiation, like if a buyer orders 50+ units the quote adjusts automatically based on pre-set rules. saves a lot of back and forth and speeds up closing deals
