Congratulations on the launch! You have a great idea! Here is my feedback on some of the questions you asked: - User interface: UI seems a bit outdated and overloaded. Too many icons, and meaning of most I can't understand by guess. Projects total dashboard is also very hard to scan though and analysis the data. Generally I'd suggest a redesign. - PDF or Kindle book to understand your product: I'm not going to read any pdf to understand the tool. Nobody is really. If your interface needs a book to explain — it's bad interface. You need to show your main functions, so the users could see the value the app can give to them and decide to check it out. For this you can create a landing page or for PH it could be well designed slides, one main function per slide. - As for mee, how I work, I like to concentrate more then 25min, something around 40 min

@alinama Hi Alina, Thanks for you useful comments. - I will have a look at decluttering the icons. The 'move' and 'copy' are only necessary when Quotodoro is used on a small device. On the desktop version drag-and-drop will do the trick. However, when you actually use Quotodoro and roll-over the icons, a tooltip will tell you what its functionality is. Also, the card will expand to show more than these screens do. It is possible to run Quotodoro on a mobile device, but it is not ideal, so I didn't what emphasize that. - The project total dashboard/reports needs some rework. My idea is to make easy to extract the data to a spread sheet editor, where it can be analysed. - I agree about the PDF. A user interface should not need an explanation. The PDF covers more than the user interface. It is explaining the idea behind Quotodoro and why you should use it. I have also added this a Kindle book to Amazon to get exposure. - I will think about adding slides to PH and landing page. Currently, only the PDF describes the functionality fully. - As you, I also prefer to work longer blocks before taking a break. Thanks again

Some users prefer to stop every 25 minutes. Others prefer to stay in the flow. Energy levels can be used for people who prefer to work on that base.
