The biggest evolution in the process was narrowing the scope. The long-term vision of the platform is a full procurement OS, but for launch, I focused on one sharp wedge: 👉 “Compare quotes. Automate Negotiations. Save money.” That clarity made everything easier - messaging, UX, and getting early users to actually try it. After a few months of crickets, seeing real users sign up and even pay within weeks of refining the positioning validated the core idea: people know they’re overpaying - they just haven’t had a simple way to prove it - or fix it without a ton of effort texting or emailing multiple suppliers or contractors.
