The client can switch the optional items on and off and see the total change, then type their name and tap Accept. You get an email the first time it is opened and a signed copy the moment they accept. Both copies carry a hash of the exact content, so a proposal that was changed afterwards can be proven changed. It is open source (AGPL) and runs on a free Cloudflare account if you would rather host it yourself. Flat pricing, no per-user seats, free plan for three live proposals. I would love honest feedback on two things: is the signing record convincing enough to replace a PDF signature, and does the pricing page make sense to you? I will be here all day.

Quote and Sign launches here in a few hours. The part I keep going back and forth on is the signing record: the client types their name, agrees to a consent sentence, and we store the name, time, IP address and a hash of the exact proposal content, then send both sides a signed PDF.

For those of you who send proposals or contracts: is that enough for you to drop PDF signatures, or is there something a record like this would need before you would trust it? Genuinely asking, it shapes what I build next.
