QuotaCapsule v1.3.1 keeps Codex quota beside the Windows taskbar. Choose 5-hour-first or tightest quota; an exhausted window still gets a clear warning. Hover for detail, open light/dark quota cards for reset countdowns, and enable confirmed recovery alerts. Portable EXE plus a small DPI config, screen-fitting details, single instance and clearly marked historical readings. No telemetry or developer server. English/Chinese. $3.88 once, up to 3 Windows devices; 1.x updates included.

Update — October 8, 2026: QuotaCapsule v1.3.1 is available for $3.88 once, for personal use on up to three Windows devices, with version 1.x updates through the original purchase page. Existing buyers do not need to purchase this update again.
I built QuotaCapsule for a simple habit: glance at Codex quota without leaving the work that uses it. The taskbar capsule stays compact and expands after a 0.3-second hover.
The new release adds an original quota-card interface with light/dark themes, screen-fitting details, selectable 5-hour-first or tightest-quota display, exhausted-window warnings, reset countdowns and optional confirmed recovery alerts. Temporary network failures show explicitly marked historical readings; sign-in failures and account changes clear them.
Extract the full portable ZIP and keep the EXE and DPI config together. No installer, Electron, telemetry or developer-operated backend. English and Chinese included. The executable is currently unsigned; checksums and guides are included.
This independent tool monitors Codex quota; it does not increase limits and is not affiliated with OpenAI. Feedback on small-screen readability and the compact taskbar display is welcome.
