Hey, Product Hunt! Pavan here, the solo creator of QuizzMe. 👋

I'm so incredibly excited (and nervous!) to be sharing my passion project with you all today.

The idea for QuizzMe started from a simple place. As a kid, my world was opened up by documentaries and educational shows. I was obsessed with learning and always wished for a perfect place online where I could test my knowledge and challenge others. I never quite found it.

Years later, as a developer, I decided to build it myself.

QuizzMe is my answer to that childhood dream. I've poured my heart into creating what I hope is the best possible platform for people who love to learn and share what they know. It’s not just another trivia app; it’s a full-featured PWA where anyone can be a creator.

What makes QuizzMe different?

* Media-Rich Creation: You're not limited to text. You can add images and audio clips to your questions, which opens up a whole new world of quizzing.

* Total Control: You can set your quizzes to be Public, Unlisted, or Private. This makes it perfect for everything from a global trivia challenge to a private study group for your class.

* Community & Gamification: It's built for engagement with public user profiles, detailed stats, and competitive leaderboards.

* Modern & Free: It’s a fast, responsive PWA with a sleek dark theme and no intrusive ads.

This journey has been a marathon of solo development with Django, PostgreSQL, and a lot of late nights. My vision is for QuizzMe to become a vibrant, evolving ecosystem for the knowledge-hungry, built and sustained by its community.

What's Next? (Mobile App & Live Quizzes!)

This is just the beginning. The QuizzMe PWA is live for everyone, but I'm also incredibly excited to announce that the native Android app is now in a closed testing phase!

The native app will offer an even faster, more integrated experience. I'm currently looking for a small group of passionate beta testers to help me find bugs, provide feedback, and polish the app before its official launch.
