Three tiers: ALLOW (safe), ESCALATE (needs human approval), BLOCK (destructive — never executes). No LLM in the enforcement loop. Built on a 4GB Motorola for ~$115. Brain-agnostic — same gates held under Groq 120B and Gemini under adversarial attack. Red-teamed: 18 attacks, 15 blocked, 3 holes patched same session, zero bypasses standing. pip install quietos.
