Most focus apps are cluttered enough to be a distraction themselves. Quiet Pomodoro is a clean, minimal timer for iPhone: pick a task, start a session, and it blocks your distracting apps until the break. Daily streaks show your progress. That's all.

Hey Product Hunt 👋 I'm Michael, a developer in London.
My best friend has ADHD. She's a teacher and finds marking homework to be so anxiety inducing that she sometimes calls me crying.
I told her a while back to use a Pomodoro timer that blocks distracting apps. I recommended the most popular ones on the App Store.
A month later I asked her how she was doing with them and she said:
So I built her one that solves those problems.
No complex UX, just a simple UX and UI, with the most bulletproof app blocking I could build, which uses Apple's new Screen Time passcode (iOS 26.4) so you can't turn the blocking off in Settings unless you have the code.
She gets her sister to set the passcode, so she can't unlock it herself.
When I asked her if the app solved her problems with the other ones, she replied ❤️ "YES" with a screenshot of the streaks tab. Showing she's used it every day after work for about 2 hours on average.
So I thought this might be able to help other people with ADHD and decided to release it. It's set for launch later this month.
🎁 Early access: the first 500 users who sign up get it free for life. Currently 170 spots left.
I'd love your feedback, especially if you or someone close to you has ADHD. What would make this more useful?
