We run a food court with 11 vendors, and QuickKOT handles the whole operation from one place. Centralised billing means customers pay at one point while every order is split and sent to the right vendor automatically. The Kitchen Display System shows each vendor their live KOTs instantly, so there’s no more shouting orders or passing paper slips around. The token display system keeps customers informed about when their food is ready, which has made the seating area far calmer. The QR menu and self-ordering kiosk take pressure off the billing counter during rush hours, and inventory management helps us keep track of stock without separate spreadsheets. Everything works together, so we aren’t juggling multiple tools.
