Sometimes you just need a place to jot down a quick note or draft an email or text on the fly. Write your draft and immediately copy or share to another app. When you come back, keep working or delete the note and start over.

I was tired of cleaning out Apple's stock notes app of ephemeral content: random to-do list, food orders, text message drafts, etc – so I created a single "sheet" text input with markdown support.
Functional, minimalist. and easy with markdown support. Less is more sometimes--the best in its category, in my opinion. Downside is it doesn't look like it's being supported anymore. (Still working like a charm though!)
