Here a clinic, salon or restaurant runs its queue on a paper list and a loud voice. People stand in the doorway for an hour, and when staff shouts a name, half of them never hear it. Plenty just walk out to the shop next door — and the owner never even knows it happened.

QueuePass is one QR at the counter. A customer scans, gets a token in their browser, and leaves — a walk, their car, the shop next door. Staff taps “Call next” and that person’s phone buzzes. There’s a TV mode showing the current number.

The rule I set myself: nobody installs an app. Not the customer, not the shop. A non-technical owner is running in about two minutes — sign in with Google, name the shop, print the QR.

It’s ₹199/month (~$2.30). Next to the $29–$300/month queue tools out there that looks absurd, but it has to fit a small Indian shop’s budget or it simply won’t get used.
