New protein bar from Quest Nutrition. Put it in the microwave for 20 seconds. Tastes amazing. Plus super healthy:
- 21 grams of protein
- 3g net carbs (1g of sugar)
- no added sugar
just look at the ingredients. No fake stuff in here; awesome ingredients, with just a small amount of Sucralose & Stevia (smallest ingredients).
I also like the flavours that I list as related links. You can get these via Amazon Prime often as well.

I used to eat the Peanut Butter Supreme bars in grad-school when I had no time to cook. I ate Clif Bars before switching to Quest, but Clif always made me feel like crap and still hungry. I found these guys to be really filling and they're obviously more nutritious.

Quest bars are completely legit. No fillers, lots of fiber and protein, not high fat, but good fats. They're really the only *totally legit* protein bar on the market. You can't go wrong with 'em.
Cookies and cream and coconut almond are my two favorites!
We are obsessed with Quest bars at Fitocracy. I'm pretty sure we could start compensating in 12-bar boxes and employee satisfaction would rocket.

Protein is a treasure trove of strength and energy. It's great. I looked everywhere for a whey powder that did not use sucralose and aspartame and found that Met-Rx protein makes an all-natural whey. I tried their product and liked it, it also has a different taste and ingredients, check here . If for some reason you don't need artificial sweeteners (aspartame, for example), then this whey is for you.
