Why we built this:

We kept hearing the same thing from founders and operators: "I'd consider an exit, but I don't want the whole market to know." Traditional M&A platforms list you publicly. Brokers leak signal. Even casual conversations create noise. There was no infrastructure for truly confidential acquisitions — so we built it.

Quay runs on Starknet, meaning settlement and deal integrity happen on-chain, but your identity, terms, and negotiations stay completely off-market. No public listings. No press leaks. No drama.

What's next on our roadmap:

- Smart matching engine — algorithmic pairing based on sector, stage, and financial profile

- Due diligence workspace — shared, encrypted environment for both parties

- Multi-party deal rooms — for complex transactions with multiple stakeholders

- On-chain deal closure — end-to-end settlement without intermediaries
