Hi Product Hunters! I made this new site called quaranstream. Here's the problem I had, and my solution: 🤔 Problem: The problem is that, while there are so many live streams going on at the moment, they are spread across multiple platforms with limited searching capabilities. I found myself spending more time trying to find if/when/where my favorite artists were streaming from rather than enjoying the music. So how do I make this experience better? I want a single list which has filters and tags so I can easily find out when and where my favorite artists are streaming. Also, this will allow me to find out about new upcoming streams and ones that I missed but I can watch on demand. 💡 Solution: I made a crowdsourced site that collects all streams, both upcoming and archived, into a single list that is easy to search. You can filter by 🎵 genre (EDM, hip hop, pop, rock, etc.) and choose between upcoming shows and ones that are available on-demand. Additionally, you can search for tags that are given to the streams, like sub-genres (house, techno, funk, etc.) or the name of the online festival that it was a part of. Of course, you can search for artist names as well. I spent countless hours compiling the original list of streams myself, but since sharing it around a bit people have begun to use the "submit a stream" feature, and now it is truly crowdsourced. Anyone can submit a new link to a stream and it will appear on the list shortly, so you can share your favorite artists with the world 🌎 I have been absolutely loving both tuning into live sets or watching them on demand at home, and I wanted to share this joy with everyone else!
