Hi Product Hunt — I’m Farhad, founder of Arxeon Inc. in Calgary and the maker of Qlynic.
Qlynic brings a clinic’s daily work into one command center: booking, scheduling, clinical records, patient communication and billing, connected around one patient record.
Patients can book through web and SMS, complete digital intake, use the patient portal and join telehealth visits. Clinic teams coordinate providers and branches in real time, manage encounter notes and prescriptions, and work through lab, imaging and referral requisitions.
For Alberta clinics, Qlynic includes native AHCIP billing. Arxeon is accredited by Alberta Health as a direct H-Link submitter. Clinics outside Alberta can use Qlynic’s broader clinic operations without requiring Alberta insurance billing.
The optional AI Scribe drafts clinical documentation and Alberta diagnosis and service-code suggestions for clinician review. An operational AI advisor supports read-only questions about clinic activity.
Qlynic is a paid product with no free trial. Support includes a help centre, 24-hour assistance, phone support, ticketing, webinars and in-person training.
I’d welcome feedback from physicians, clinic owners and practice managers: which part of your clinic’s daily workflow would you most want to bring into one workspace?
