Hello Product Hunt! I'm Philippe and I am releasing my first ever product on Product Hunt: QlndR.io πŸŽ‰ (QlndR is a blend of QR and Calendar) Problem πŸ“΅ Say there's an appointment or an event that's happening at some point, to remind yourself, you have to pull out your phone, open the calendar app, look for the date in question, see if you have any conflicts in your calendar on that date, create a new event, type in all the details, select the correct times - it's long and annoying, plus there's a good chance you made a mistake somewhere (like I did once, when I tried to board a plane 1 day after the actual boarding, oops). Solution βœ… Event QR Codes are now scannable by Smartphones, those QR Codes automatically add the event to the calendar with all the information about the event pre-populated. Your phone also shows your in a preview if you have any conflicts at that time/date! QlndR allows you to generate those super easily. Who is it for? πŸ™†β€β™‚οΈπŸ™†β€β™€οΈ Well anyone really! But some specific examples, a real estate agent that does viewings for houses, save your clients from having to type in all the details and generate a easy-to-scan QR Code. Or some tech exhibition for example, let's say you have a webinar planned after the exhibit, wouldn't it be great if people could just scan a QR code and have all the details saved? So that's it! To be honest, I'm not expecting this to get massive attraction, in fact similar sites already exist (although they sometimes look a bit shady). This was just a small side-project I did because I wanted to learn some new tools (such as ReactJS, first time I use it here) while doing something useful. Hope you like it!
