QBEACON publishes a public randomness beacon: a signed, hash-chained 4,096-bit value every ~2.5 minutes. Its certified-draw API picks winners from a future pulse, so nobody, not even us, can choose the outcome, and every draw gets a signed certificate and public verification page.
