Py Manager is a simple desktop application for managing Python-based tools, apps, and packages on Windows. A simple python package manager.
does this handle multiple Python versions on the same machine, or does it stick to one install? wondering how it deals with projects that need different interpreters.
handy little app for keeping python packages tidy on windows, the interface is clean enough that i didn't need to dig through docs to use it. surprised how fast it picked up my existing installs.
Finally something lighter than Anaconda for handling python on Windows, setup was painless and it found my existing venvs without any fuss. Nice to see a focused tool that just does one thing well.
Love how it keeps the Python package management flow that simple on Windows, the clean desktop-first approach is a nice break from juggling pip commands everywhere.
how does it handle conflicts when a project needs a different version than what py manager already installed?
