PushTable for Firebase Realtime Database

API-driven serverless CMS powered by Google Firebase

PushTable is just an content management interface built on top of Google's Firebase real-time database. Unlike traditional CMS it offers a spreadsheet like UI that streamlines the editing process. By building on top of Google's cloud infrastructure, you can have more control of your data and take advantage of their fast network and global CDN.

@zhou_thomas If I already have data in my own scheme in Firebase’s real-time database, can I use your app to manage it? Like phpMyAdmin, but for Firebase?
Thomas Z
@boaticus yes it works with existing databases. You can define a data model and set the path of where that data model applies to. If it matches existing data it'll try to render the existing data using the data model that you defined.

This is a project that I've been working on for a while now. It really came out of my frustration with a lot of the existing headless CMS. It always seems more complicated than it needs to be with layers and layers of forms. I wanted to simplify the process of content management by making allowing users manipulate data and data models more directly in all one view. There are a lot more improvements that I'd like to make in the future but currently, I'm using in production to manage my own apps. The app itself is also built on serverless tech. Specifically, Google cloud function and Firebase. I also use it to manage its own config and static pages.

This app isn't verified This app hasn't been verified by Google yet. Only proceed if you know and trust the developer.

@edvins_antonovs Hi Edvins thanks for the feedback, what type of verification are you referring to? This is a web app and does not go through the play store. It uses google's oAuth and lists the permissions required on login.
Edvins Antonovs
@zhou_thomas I was trying to auth with my google account and this is what I've got in the process.
Thomas Z
@edvins_antonovs I see, seems like a recent policy change by Google, it's asking for verification because I'm requesting access to Firebase. I'm actually working closely with the Firebase team and they are working on to getting the app verified ASAP right now. If you want to test the app out you can feel free to continue with the auth process and if you don't trust it you can always remove it from auth in your account anytime.
Thomas Z
@edvins_antonovs Just got the approval from the Firebase team, it should be all fixed now.

Your app idea is awesome @Thomas Zhou! It's been 3 years. How is it going?
