Pushscroll makes you exercise (Pushups or Squats, etc.) before you're allowed to open certain apps like TikTok, Instagram, X, etc. Our goal is to replace the unhealthy habit of compulsive phone usage with a healthy habit of exercising.









What a fun way to combat doomscrolling. Can I pick which apps need a workout before I can open them?

@matteo_rider yes! you can configure any apps you'd like to block. On iOS you can also block websites.

1 pushup = 1 minute of scrolling. We've had people on discord with hundreds of pushups in a single day! The app now also has squats (more coming soon!), and you can configure the difficulty. What other features would you add? Let me know!

This is brilliant. I’ve tried setting screen time limits and using app blockers but combining usage with movement might actually work for me. I love the psychology behind this approach.
