Turn any still image into a wobbly GIF or video in seconds. Paint the area you want to move, choose from Jelly, Sway, Bounce, Wave, Pulse, or Quake, then export as GIF, MP4, or WebM. Everything runs locally in your browser—your images are never uploaded. Available in English, Japanese, and Chinese, with 10 original demos to try.

The brush-based masking to isolate just the part you want to wobble is so much nicer than full-image effects, and the fact that jelly, sway, and the rest feel physically distinct instead of recycled presets is a real craft touch.
@lapak93209 Thank you — that distinction was exactly what I wanted to preserve. The mask lets the still parts stay anchored, while each preset uses a different motion rhythm rather than just changing speed or intensity. I’m glad that came through. Is there a motion style you’d like to see next?
Hey PH 👋 I built Purupuru Maker because I was tired of opening After Effects just to make a simple wobble GIF.
Here's how it works:
1️⃣ Drop any image (PNG, JPEG, WebP)
2️⃣ Paint the area you want to wobble
3️⃣ Pick a motion preset → export
Everything runs locally in your browser. Your images never touch a server. No account, no watermark, completely free.
It supports English, Japanese, and Chinese — I built it for the purupuru community that started on Japanese Twitter.

Would love your feedback! What image would you wobble first? 🍮
