Love the revoke-all approach, that's the part most memory tools get wrong. One thing I'd want as a user: a quick "view as AI" preview that shows exactly which bullets an assistant would see before you hand over access, so you're not guessing what the file actually exposes. Would make the two-minute setup feel way less like a leap of faith.
