A lightweight JavaScript library to detect user engagement signals and behavioral patterns that indicate confusion, frustration, or high engagement. Perfect for triggering support chat, collecting UX insights, and improving user experience.

We're excited to announce the launch of Puppr, a new lightweight, front-end library designed to help you proactively engage with your users. Puppr monitors your website for behavioral patterns that indicate user confusion or frustration, such as rage clicks, erratic mouse movements, and rapid scrolling. By detecting these signals in real time, you can automatically trigger helpful interventions, such as a support chat window or a toast notification, turning a moment of frustration into a positive support experience.
You can see a full demo of these features in action at engage.puppr.xyz and see an introductory video on Loom. The open-source library is available and ready for you to integrate. For help with setup or integration, please don't hesitate to reach out to us at developers@puppr.xyz. We encourage you to file any bugs or feature requests as issues in the GitHub repository.
