I built PunchSheet for the end-of-job walk-round: photograph each defect, mark it up, and send the builder or client one numbered PDF.
Most snagging apps either want a team account and a monthly fee, or charge for the PDF itself. PunchSheet is the other way round:
• Pay once. No subscription, no in-app purchases, no ads.
• Works offline, no account. The app has no internet access at all, so a basement with no signal is fine, and your projects stay on your phone.
• Several photos per snag, with arrows, circles, rectangles, lines, freehand and text. The original photo is never changed.
• Numbers never shift. Deleting a snag doesn't renumber the others.
• The PDF is built on the phone and kept under 15 MB, so it goes by email. 100 photos fit.
• Snags, punch items or defects: you choose the word.
• Backups are one file you can move to a new phone, Android or iPhone.
