Since we pay you back directly, your pet is free to receive treatment from any licensed veterinarian, specialist, emergency clinic or hospital you choose in the U.S. or Canada. That said, we can accommodate payment directly to the vet for covered expenses if you and your vet are interested. In that case, any payment terms or other arrangements are made between you and your vet (i.e. how much you pay upfront, what happens in case a claim was denied or still under the deductible limit, etc.) and Pumpkin does not take part in those arrangements.
