Hi everyone! Timothy here, CPO at Pumble. Excited for our Product Hunt launch.
Pumble is a free team chat app that allows teams of all sizes to collaborate. Unlike other team chat apps, Pumble is available for an unlimited number of users and includes an entire chat history for free. Pumble was built by the same team behind Clockify, the successful time tracking app, which launched on Product Hunt a few years ago.
We are a profitable independent company without plans to sell or get acquired, and we strive to protect your privacy. This means we do not serve ads, we do not mine your data and we never sell anything you give us. We do not have any investors, so nobody can force us to do anything for the sake of increasing investment returns.

But, how do you feed your kids if you do not sell anything and do not have investors?

The same company is behind Clockify and Pumble. Clockify is a profitable product for a long time. We have managed to avoid investors by being lean and operationally efficient.
Pumble is free, and whatever features are free today will remain free forever. We plan to add more features in the future, and we might charge for those new features. At this time, Pumble makes money by selling self-hosted edition while the cloud version is totally free.

@pumble launch is great! I navigate and tried this app and it's simple and cool. I suggest to add updates like themes, gif, and such to add beauty in it.

This tool is great! Offers everything my team needs to communicate and collab on a daily basis. Guess it's time to retire our old chat app. This is waaay better.

I've just clicked over from my Clockify dashboard, and your description here sounds fantastic. Any plans for a browser version? The vast majority (>99%) of my and my assistant's use of this service would be online rather than on mobile.
I am looking forward to #pumble and integrating it inside our procedures and communication. As a long time user of #clockify i am entrusting the company for yet another tool that we will use inside our companies #buylocaly #supportlocaldevs
This looks very promising and unlimited chat history is quite appealing to me!
I realize this is just the start (and it's a great start, so congratulations!) but I can't help to ask if you're working on any integrations with other services as well as an API to allow people to create their own. I'm sure this is in the works and I know it's an ambitious next step, but do you have any timeline on that? Even if it is just "expect it later this year"?
