Pulse For Good: Gathering feedback from vulnerable individuals

We're happy to share the work we've been doing to help groups like homeless shelters, refugee centers, mental health facilities, and domestic violence shelters improve their processes and outcomes by going directly to the people with the most experience and knowledge: Those experiencing these things themselves. We work to provide a system that protects the anonymity of those sharing feedback and give enough psychological safety that the hardest topics can be discussed without fear of losing services. Using our dedicated kiosks and software we help make sure that no matter the situation you are in your voice can be heard and your experience utilized in the fight to end the suffering of our vulnerable friends.
