Hi Product Hunt! 👋 I'm Sinan, the developer behind Pulse. The idea came from years of opening Event Viewer whenever something went wrong on Windows and thinking, "There has to be a better way." Pulse doesn't try to replace Windows—it tries to make it understandable. Instead of digging through Event IDs and multiple tools, you get a modern timeline, live monitoring, and human-readable explanations while everything stays on your PC. During the private beta I received a lot of valuable feedback from Reddit and early testers, which helped shape this first release. I'd love to hear what you think. Pulse v1.1.0 — Local AI Assistant is now available

Pulse v1.1.0 is out with local AI support through Ollama and LM Studio.

You can connect a local LLM, select your model, and ask Pulse questions about your PC.

It can inspect things like CPU, RAM, GPU, storage, processes, network and system health when answering a question.

The assistant is completely read-only it can't run commands, modify files, kill processes or change system settings.

Pulse now supports MCP. What integrations would you actually use?

I just finished adding MCP support to Pulse.

Right now, an AI assistant can query Windows Event Logs, inspect hardware information, check system health, and access diagnostic data directly through Pulse instead of asking users to manually dig through Event Viewer.

I'm curious what MCP integrations would actually be useful in your workflow.
