I'm Alex, and I built Pull Presence.
As a software engineer, I'd often open a pull request to review and wonder who else was already looking at it. And on my own PRs, more than once I've pinged someone for a review when they were already reviewing it.
I tried searching for a tool that could do this but couldn't find anything. Few months pass by and I finally decided to just make it for fun and see what comes out of it.
What it does: Once it's installed, any GitHub pull request shows a small pill with who's viewing it right now, and who's gone idle. Setup takes about a minute: install, sign in with GitHub (read-only access), and open a PR.
Where it's at: This is the first version, and it works on public repos.
Why I'm here: Mostly to find out whether other developers actually want this. It's free right now. Running it does cost money, so eventually I'll need to charge for some of it, but I'd rather learn whether it's useful before I worry about pricing.

How much would private repo support matter to you? If you open a private repo with the extension installed, there's an "I'm interested" button. Clicking it is the best way to tell me.
