Evaluate publishers before buying guest posts or link insertions. Run 5 hard risk gates, score 7 quality dimensions, verify live placements, and export the complete audit trail to CSV — free, private, and processed in your browser.
Hey Product Hunt 👋
I’m Leo, the maker of Publisher QC Scorecard and founder of WailianJianshe.
Link-building teams often evaluate publishers using a few domain-level metrics such as DR, DA and estimated traffic. Those numbers can be useful, but they rarely explain whether a publisher is relevant, editorially credible, commercially transparent—or whether the final placement was delivered as agreed.
I built Publisher QC Scorecard to make that review process more explicit and repeatable.
It gives you:
• 5 hard gates that can stop a risky publisher before scoring
• 7 weighted quality dimensions for comparing qualified candidates
• A 100-point score with an evidence-based decision
• 7 post-publication checks covering the live URL, context, target, anchor, rel attributes, technical status and evidence
• CSV export for keeping a complete audit trail
Everything runs in your browser. There’s no signup, and the information entered into the scorecard is not submitted or stored by the tool.
This is not intended to be a backlink-quality oracle. Metrics and scores should support professional judgment, not replace it. The goal is to help SEO teams, consultants and agencies document why a publisher was approved, rejected or accepted after delivery.
I’d genuinely value your feedback:
What is the one publisher risk you believe every link-building QC process should catch before money changes hands?
Thanks for checking it out — I’ll be here throughout the launch to answer questions and learn from your feedback.
