I've tried other social schedulers and bounced off all of them. Publer stuck. I post short video and text content for an acting channel, and the Business plan's API let me build a little tool that schedules my entire month - shorts to Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok, plus text posts to my page - in a single sitting. The API is Business-tier and up, which I understand, and it's genuinely capable: bulk media upload, multi-network posting, scheduling, the works. Add the recycling and best-time analytics and I stopped thinking about posting cadence at all. If you're past doing this by hand, I highly recommend Publer.

vs Alternatives

Before Publer I was doing two things: trying other off-the-shelf schedulers (that didn't quite give me what I needed) and stitching together my own posting automation in n8n. The DIY route worked, but I was the one maintaining it, and every time something broke I lost an afternoon. The other schedulers did the basics fine, I just couldn't build anything on top of it.

Publer won on two counts. First, the API - I could build my own monthly pipeline on top of it instead of around it, which is rare. Second, it handles multi-network posting and bulk scheduling natively, so I stopped duct-taping. Getting the API plus recycling and best-time analytics on the Business plan sealed it. It replaced the brittle parts of my setup with something I don't have to babysit.

Before my review, I'd like to note that I left one of the major competitors after many years to switch to Publer. The other product had become bloated and customer service tanked while their prices kept rising. After a little research, I decided to give Publer a try, and am so glad that I did. Publer supports all the major social platforms and the pricing is fair. Publer is a social marketer's best friend. With its user-friendly dashboard and overall ease of use, marketers will appreciate features like the best times to post, hashtag suggestions, and more. There are plenty of how-to articles and videos in case you need a hand, and you'll find that the customer service at Publer is top-notch. Within Publer, you can design with Canva or VistaCreate or grab the perfect image from Unsplash. Create posting schedules, take advantage of the media library, bulk posting, and even schedule recurring posts. The Publer app (for iOS and Android) makes it easy to manage tasks on the go. For me, switching to Publer was like joining a global community - the team is open, friendly, and insanely smart. They respond quickly to questions and comments on their Facebook group, where users also share information and ideas.

I wasn't even sure I would need a social media management tool. Enter Publer, which as a small company's product didn't have all the big bells and whistles their huge competitors had. But along the way, they bit by bit added everything from minor improvements to big features, and have one of, if not THE best workflow for quickly scheduling social media posts. I only realised their strong UI and workflow when I compared it to competitors big and small. And boy, I never regretted entering Publer. Written from someone in a love-hate relationship with social media in general.
