Before my review, I'd like to note that I left one of the major competitors after many years to switch to Publer. The other product had become bloated and customer service tanked while their prices kept rising. After a little research, I decided to give Publer a try, and am so glad that I did. Publer supports all the major social platforms and the pricing is fair. Publer is a social marketer's best friend. With its user-friendly dashboard and overall ease of use, marketers will appreciate features like the best times to post, hashtag suggestions, and more. There are plenty of how-to articles and videos in case you need a hand, and you'll find that the customer service at Publer is top-notch. Within Publer, you can design with Canva or VistaCreate or grab the perfect image from Unsplash. Create posting schedules, take advantage of the media library, bulk posting, and even schedule recurring posts. The Publer app (for iOS and Android) makes it easy to manage tasks on the go. For me, switching to Publer was like joining a global community - the team is open, friendly, and insanely smart. They respond quickly to questions and comments on their Facebook group, where users also share information and ideas.
