Hey everyone,
I built PTO Tracker for a pretty unglamorous reason: I just wanted to know how many days off I had left, and I couldn't find a single app that did only that: simply, offline, and across more than one job.
Everything I tried was either years out of date or built for whole HR teams: accounts, dashboards, subscriptions, far more than one person needs. So I kept falling back to a spreadsheet, which is its own slow pain to maintain.
So I made the thing I actually wanted. You set your start date and accrual rules once, and it just tells you what you've used, what's left, and what carries over — including when you change employers. No account, no ads, no subscription, and everything stays on your device.
It's deliberately small and focused. If you've ever lost track of your vacation balance, I'd genuinely value your feedback on what would make it more useful for you.
