This project started quite simple: a friend of mine who works as an electrician was complaining about how much he hates writing formal follow-up emails and WhatsApp messages to his clients after a long, exhausting day on the job. I wanted to build a zero-friction tool to solve exactly that. With ProSuivi, you just speak naturally, dictate your raw notes, and the AI instantly packages it into a highly professional message ready to be sent via WhatsApp or email. It is 100% free, requires no login, and respects privacy by storing everything locally (you just need to bring your own OpenAI API key in the settings).
