Hi Product Hunt. I'm a trader and I built PropWorld because choosing a prop firm meant choosing between affiliate directories and the firms' own claims.
PropWorld shows the few things about a prop firm that can be measured from outside:
how much it has verifiably paid traders (lifetime and last 30 days), from an independent verifier, with a link to the source record;
- how its website traffic is trending (third-party monthly estimates);
- how its TrustPilot rating has moved month by month;
- a 0-100 reliability score with the formula and its changelog published.
Plus a Monte Carlo simulator: enter your win rate, reward-to-risk and risk per trade and it runs them against each firm's real evaluation rules to tell you your probability of passing, expected attempts and cost.
Three honest limits: I list only the 18 firms I trade with, not the whole industry; payout verification is the verifier's, not mine, and firms paying through channels it doesn't track show "not available", not zero; some firm links are affiliate links, disclosed, with no effect on any number.
