Most people only know two outcomes: * the client replied * or the client disappeared But they never know *why*. I wanted to create a lightweight tool that quickly shows where proposal processes break down — before people spend weeks chasing silent deals. The interesting part while building this was realizing that most proposal problems are not actually writing problems. They're visibility problems: * not knowing when prospects re-open pricing * not knowing which sections get ignored * not knowing when interest drops That insight also connects directly to what I’m building with DocMetrics.
