How does the scoring actually work — is it based on a fixed rubric or do I get to weight the criteria to match what my team cares about most?
the comparison view is genuinely useful, being able to line up two properties side by side on the same scoring grid turns a gut feeling decision into something far more defensible.
Tried it on two listings and the strategic vs operational weighting actually helped me see why one office felt off beyond just rent. Simple tool but the side-by-side comparison is surprisingly useful.
The scoring rubric made it easy to weigh location perks against long-term operating costs side by side. Wish it had a quick export to PDF for sharing with my broker.
